COOKING COMPETITION -
CULINARY CHALLENGE & TRADE SHOW 2010

Date: Sunday, April 25, 2010

Place: Grand Olympia
             Barton St & Fruitland Road
            Stoney Creek, Ontario

A small business trade show is happening between the hours of 11 am- 7 pm.

Exhibit rates:

            $125 per 8 ft. table (GST included). Extra tables are $125 each. Add $25 extra per table.

Each exhibitor fee includes:

*  One 8' skirted and covered table and two chairs.

* Listing in the event booklet.

* Listing in any newspaper ads (The Spec, all area Brabant Newspapers & The Burlington Post).

*  Listing on the webpage for this event.

* Additional advertising (radio & public service, etc.).

Each exhibitor is expected to:

* Donate to the silent auction with all proceeds going to The Salvation Army and  each participant will donate something to this auction (although tax receipts cannot be issued, a separate receipt will be issued for advertising purposes).

*  Be prepared & ready for the 11am start & stay until the close at 7 pm. 

*  Be responsible for any business licenses and/or proof of sales tax and/or GST. 

*  Be responsible for any insurance certificates required 

*  Actively promote the event

This is a 3 part live culinary challenge along the lines of an Iron Chef Competition.

Part 1 - a kids challenge (Ages 12-17)

Part 2 - a challenge for aspiring chefs (18+)

Part 3 - a celebrity challeng
